- $3,000
- Max drawdown
- $2,000, trailing in real time (intraday, includes open profit)
- Daily loss limit
- None
- Consistency rule
- None
- Minimum trading days
- 5 trading days (1 with One Day to Pass add-on)
- Max contracts
- 8 minis or 80 micros

- No time limit; billed every 30 days and progress carries over. Evaluation reset $47, unlimited (a failed evaluation is also reset free at renewal). One Day to Pass add-on removes the 5-day minimum. No overnight holds.
Funded
after you pass- Activation fee
- $87/month, or $177 one-time (3D deal: $47 first month)
- Max drawdown
- $2,000 live trailing (minimum balance starts at $48,000)
- When the drawdown stops trailing
- Drawdown follows your highest balance in real time, including open profit, until realized profit equals the drawdown + $100 (the safety net); then the minimum balance locks at starting balance + $100. Safety net: $52,100 balance.
- Daily loss limit
- None
- Consistency rule
- None
- Max contracts / scaling
- 8 minis or 80 micros (same limits as evaluation)
- Also know
- Close all trades 1 minute before the instrument's market close (no overnight holds). Be flat from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after listed major news events (Terms of Service). At least one trade per account every calendar week. After the account is up 20%, giving back more than 35% of accumulated profit can remove it from the program. Up to 10 Elite resets per account (fee). Trade only the current, highest-volume contract. Elite reset fee $147.
Payouts
getting paid- Days needed before a payout
- 8 ATDs for cycle 1, 10 ATDs for cycles 2+
- How often
- Approvals Mon-Fri from 3 PM ET (target within 48 hours); Elite Sim rewards paid in two batches, Monday and Wednesday (cut-offs Friday 5 PM ET and Tuesday 5 PM ET). A new cycle starts after each reward.
- Profit split
- Up to 100% of simulated profit, up to the $25,000 per-trader reward cap; LIVE ELITE is 80% to the trader
- Minimum payout
- $250
- Maximum payout
- Cycle 1: $1,000; cycle 2: $1,250; cycle 3: $1,500; cycle 4+: $1,750 (accounts bought on/after July 28, 2026). Total cap $25,000 per trader across all accounts (then LIVE ELITE consideration); lifetime sim cap $150,000.
- Buffer / safety net
- Safety net of drawdown + $100 in realized profit ($2,100) must be reached and stays in the account
- Also know
- Safety net must be reached first and cannot be withdrawn. To move to the next cycle you must withdraw that cycle's full maximum; unused amounts are forfeited when the next cycle starts. An Active Trade Day (ATD) for evaluations bought on/after Oct 2, 2026 2:00 PM PT needs at least $250 realized profit and at least 30% of your best day's profit (before that: $200 and 23%). The day a reward is requested does not count as an ATD. KYC (SumSub) and Rise onboarding required. Paid via Rise (bank, crypto). Purchases July 6-27, 2026 (promotion) used 5/5/3/2 ATDs; older (pre-July 6, 2026) accounts have $100 minimum and different cycle maximums.
Heads up: recent changes and conflicting pages 18
- Official site moved: elitetraderfunding.com now redirects to elitetraderfunding.app; the help center is mirrored at help.elitetraderfunding.com and elitetraderfunding.app/help.
- Prices are list prices from the live evaluations page on 2026-11-02; the firm runs frequent promotions and coupon codes. Its own cost calculator (labeled a May 2026 snapshot) shows the 1-Step 50K at $167/month with a $157 one-time activation, versus $207/month and $177 on the current price list.
- Oct 2, 2026 (2:00 PM PT): new Active Trade Day standard for 1-Step, Static, EOD and Diamond Hands evaluations bought from then on - $250 minimum profit and 30% of best day (was $200 and 23%).
- Nov 2, 2026 12:00 AM ET: the 'Trade How You Want' promotion ended; the Terms of Service apply in full again, including the 10-second minimum trade duration, the abusive-HFT ban, the Martingale/DCA ban and flattening 1 minute before close.
- Terms of Service last updated Oct 11, 2026 (effective Oct 8, 2026).
- July 28, 2026: new 1-Step reward table ($250 minimum, lower cycle maximums). 1-Step accounts bought July 6-27, 2026 had a promotional 5/5/3/2 ATD schedule.
- Sept 17, 2025: revamped policies (lower per-cycle maximums, $25,000 per-trader reward cap before LIVE ELITE). Accounts bought before then follow legacy reward tables (e.g. 'no min/max' from cycle 4). Legacy EOD, Diamond Hands and Fast Track plans still have help articles but are not sold.
- No longer sold: 1-Step 250K (contract-limits page says existing accounts only) and 25K DTF. A 150K End of Day account appears in the contract-limits page and reset-price list but not on the EOD plan page or the current price list.
- Account limit contradiction: the 'Updates to Elite Trader Funding Plans' page says traders can have 'up to 5 active Elite Sim-Funded accounts, down from 20', while the Max Active Accounts article, plan articles and Elite page say 'up to 20 active Elite Sim-Funded accounts'.
- Reset limit contradiction: plan help articles and the reset procedure say Elite accounts 'can be reset up to ten times (DTF included)'; the Elite page says eligible failed accounts 'can reset up to 3 times'; some older help-center copies also say 'three times'.
- News contradiction: the help article 'Trading Major Economic Releases' says trading during major releases is allowed 'without restrictions', while the Terms say 'all Elite Accounts must be flat 5 minutes before the event to 5 minutes after the event starts' (evaluations exempt).
- Restriction contradiction: the Updates page lists 'Ultimate Freedom' removing restrictions on scratch trades, HFT, DCA, Martingale and VPN/VPS, but the current Terms and the July 2026 VPN policy prohibit abusive HFT, Martingale/DCA patterns and VPN/VPS use.
- LIVE ELITE contradiction: plan articles say starting balances of '$2,000 (50K or below), $3,000 (100K), $5,000 (150K+)' and criteria of '5 payouts, 50 ATDs, or $25,000 cap'; the LIVE ELITE Program Information page says $1,250 / $1,500 / $2,000 and consideration after '1 Reward, 5 Active Trading Days, or $1,000 in total Rewards'.
- Max-withdrawal contradiction: marketing pages say 'up to $3,000' per cycle for 1-Step and End of Day, but the help-article reward tables top out at $2,250 (1-Step 150K) and $2,500 (EOD 100K) for current purchases.
- Diamond Hands minimum days: the homepage comparison table says 10 minimum trade days; the Diamond Hands plan page and help article say 5.
- Static minimum balances: the Static plan page gives a $500 drawdown on 10K (floor $9,500) and $1,000 on 25K (floor $24,000), while the Elite Minimum Balances table lists '10K Static $9,600' and '25K Static $24,100'.
- The ATD article also mentions a '10K Live Trailing' Fast Track ATD minimum ($200), but no such Fast Track account is on the current price list.
- The 1-Step 150K profit target and drawdown amount are not stated on any official page found.

Rules for every Elite Trader Funding account
Trading hours, news, banned strategies, account limits, fees and more.
- Platforms
Tradovate and TradingView (Mac, Windows, iOS, Android), NinjaTrader (Windows), and Rithmic-based platforms such as R|Trader, Quantower, Sierra Chart, ATAS, Bookmap, MotiveWave, EdgeProX, Finamark, eSignal and Investor/RT; Tickblaze also has a connection guide. Platform subscription costs are the trader's responsibility.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Data feed fees
Level 1 (top of book) data is included. Since Jan 28, 2026 (Mar 1, 2026 for older accounts) a Rithmic data feed costs an extra $45 per account per month; the Tradovate Bundle avoids it. Level 2 market depth is an optional monthly add-on valid only for the calendar month bought. Traders who are 'professional' data users pay $128 per exchange.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Products
U.S. futures only on CME, CBOT, COMEX and NYMEX (equity indexes, rates, currencies, metals, energy, grains, livestock, crypto futures). No forex, stocks, options, CFDs. Some Treasury and COMEX mini symbols are not enabled on Tradovate/TradingView. Trade only the current, highest-volume contract and roll before expiry.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Commissions
Charged per side, e.g. ES and NQ $2.04 per side ($4.08 round turn), MNQ $0.51, MES $0.56 per side.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Flat time / overnight
All positions must be closed at least 1 minute before the instrument's daily close; no overnight holds, except on Diamond Hands and Direct to Funded accounts, which may hold overnight and over weekends. Platforms have daily maintenance 4-5 PM Central.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - News trading
Evaluations may trade news freely. Funded (Elite) accounts must be flat from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after the major news events the firm lists (Terms of Service). The firm is not responsible for losses in extreme volatility.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Minimum trade length and HFT
Every trade must last at least 10 seconds; shorter trades do not count toward an Active Trade Day. Abusive high-frequency trading is banned. Repeated 'scratch' trades placed just to log a day are not genuine activity.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Martingale / averaging down
Repeatedly adding to losing positions (DCA) or increasing size after losses (Martingale) is prohibited; a single instance is not a violation, the firm looks at patterns.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Other banned strategies
Arbitrage, holding long and short at the same time, exploiting fills that would not have been possible in the real market, collusion with other traders, trading illiquid/low-volume contracts, trading on non-public information.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Hedging
Taking opposite positions in the same or correlated instruments (e.g. NQ vs MNQ, ES vs NQ) in one account or across accounts is prohibited; gains are voided and accounts can be terminated. Correlated groups: equity indexes (ES, NQ, YM, RTY and micros), energy (CL, RB, HO, NG), metals (GC, SI, HG), rates (ZT, ZF, ZN, ZB).
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Bots, AI and automation
EAs, AI tools, bots and algorithmic systems are not allowed without written approval; currently the only authorized automated tools are the approved trade copiers. Violations can mean resets, forfeited profits and a permanent ban.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Trade copiers
Only approved copiers may be used to trade multiple own accounts: Tradesyncer, Tradecopia, Affordable Indicators (Duplicate Account Actions), Replikanto Flowbot PropFirm Compliance Edition, and built-in platform copiers (e.g. Tradovate group trading, MotiveWave, Quantower).
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Copy trading / third parties
No one else may trade your account, and you may not trade for another user; signal-sharing collusion is banned.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Household rule
People who share a home address (family, roommates) may not hold separate accounts; all linked accounts can be terminated and funds forfeited.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - One registration per person
Each person may have only one ETF user account; duplicates lead to termination and forfeiture.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - VPN / VPS
VPNs, VPS, proxies or any IP-masking are not allowed (policy dated July 2026), except approved partner services from published IP ranges such as an approved cloud copier.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Position limits
Each account has a maximum number of contracts; on most plans 1 mini = 1 position and 10 micros = 1 position (on DTF 1 micro = 1 position). Limits stay the same after funding. Going over fails an evaluation; on a funded account it forfeits profits and closes the account.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Max accounts
Up to 20 active Elite Sim-Funded accounts per trader, of which at most 5 may be Direct to Funded (older purchases: at most 5 from Fast Track). No limit on evaluations. Only 1 active 10K End of Day Fast Track account at a time.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Inactivity
Log in at least once every 30 days and place at least one genuine trade per account every calendar week, or the account is disabled and profits forfeited. A trading break can be requested via the self-serve form (once per quarter, per the Terms).
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Safety-net deadline
Terms of Service: after activation a funded account must reach its safety net within 45 calendar days; accounts bought or activated with a one-time fee within 25 calendar days (plus a 3-day cure period), or they are closed.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Profit give-back rule
Once a funded account is up 20%, losing more than 35% of the total profit earned (measured on accumulated profit, not reduced by payouts) can remove it from the program and from LIVE ELITE eligibility. Checked at reward requests and risk audits.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Evaluation resets
Failed evaluations (except Fast Track) can be reset any number of times for $47, or are reset free at the next monthly renewal. Subscriptions keep billing after failure until cancelled.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Funded account resets
Elite Sim-Funded and DTF accounts can be reset up to 10 times before the subscription renews, at plan-specific prices ($87 to $557). A one-time discounted reset is offered right after failure (not for Fast Track).
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Activation fees
After passing, the funded account costs $87/month or a one-time fee ($177 for 75K and below; $247-$307 for 100K-150K depending on plan; $277 for 250K+). Double Down Deal: $47 first month or $174 for three months. Fast Track: first month free then $87/month. DTF: none.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Credit bonus
On activation of a passed evaluation, the first-month evaluation price paid is added to the funded starting balance (not counted as profit or toward an ATD). DTF not eligible.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Rewards (payouts)
Called 'rewards'. Approved Mon-Fri from 3 PM ET within 48 hours (if missed, the firm may add $1,000), paid Mondays and Wednesdays via Rise (bank or crypto). Cap $25,000 per trader across all sim accounts; $150,000 lifetime sim cap.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Reward audit
Each reward is audited for rule compliance and genuine activity; after requesting, wait for approval before trading; the firm may require extra trading days (minimum 8 ATDs). Three or more denied rewards can lead to account revocation.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - KYC
Identity verification through SumSub, plus Rise onboarding, before any reward. Names and details must match; names and emails cannot be changed. Business/LLC accounts only if registered at sign-up. Must be 18+ (or age of majority).
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Countries
Based on residence. Restricted: Afghanistan, Central African Republic, Congo (Brazzaville), Cuba, DR Congo, Guinea, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, plus Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - Refunds
All sales final. Exception: 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for a new customer's first purchase within 7 days, with fewer than 5 trades and no failure - one swap to same/smaller evaluation, a refund, or store credit. Chargebacks lead to a permanent ban.
source · elitetraderfunding.app - LIVE ELITE
The firm may move traders to a real-money LIVE ELITE account at its discretion (considered after 1 reward, 5 ATDs or $1,000 in rewards). 80/20 split, daily withdrawals from $250, no cap, end-of-day trailing drawdown, no daily loss limit, starting balances $1,250-$2,500, $197/month exchange and clearing fee. Declining the offer bars the trader from ETF for two years.
