Heads up: recent changes and conflicting pages 9
- Nov 1, 2026: contract limits changed. Accounts bought on or after Nov 1, 2026 get fixed maximum contracts per size (25K: 2, 50K: 4, 100K: 8, 150K: 12, 200K: 15, 400K: 20; micros x10). The progression ladder now applies only to accounts bought before that date (help.earn2trade.com, help.earn2trade.com).
- Contradiction on contract limits: the Trader Career Path page still says 'Up to 3' contracts for $25K and its growth table shows 6 ($50K), 12 ($100K) and 16 ($200K), and the Gauntlet Mini page says 'Up to 6' for $50K, while the help article 'How Many Contracts Can I Trade' lists 2, 4, 8 and 15 for those sizes.
- Contradiction on payout days: the TCP and Gauntlet Mini pages say 'No Minimum Trading Days' for funded accounts, while the Get Funded landing page (earn2trade.com) says withdrawals need '5 profitable trading days since your last request'.
- Contradiction on activation fee: program pages say 'No Activation Fee Upfront' for funded accounts; the help center says LiveSim carries a one-time $139 activation fee deducted from the first profitable withdrawal (help.earn2trade.com).
- June 30, 2026: legacy NinjaTrader-with-Rithmic accounts were terminated; NinjaTrader is now offered through Tradovate (help.earn2trade.com).
- May 1, 2025: the flat $100 reset price was replaced by dynamic reset prices for $25K-$50K accounts and fixed prices for $100K-$200K accounts (help.earn2trade.com).
- Prices: only TCP25 ($150/month) and GAU50 ($170/month) are tied to a size on the official site. A billing article lists package prices of $150, $170, $190, $315, $350 and $550 without matching them to sizes (help.earn2trade.com). The home page advertised 'From $75' (TCP) and 'From $85' (Gauntlet Mini) during a 50%-off anniversary promotion (code BOTH50).
- Evaluation profit targets, drawdowns and daily loss limits for TCP50, TCP100, GAU100, GAU150 and GAU200 are published by Earn2Trade only as images (program-page tabs and help-center charts) that could not be read, so those fields are null.
- The TCP $400K account has a 'fixed 60/40 split'; the withdrawal policy does not say which side receives 60%.

Rules for every Earn2Trade account
Trading hours, news, banned strategies, account limits, fees and more.
- Programs sold
Earn2Trade currently sells two evaluation programs: the Trader Career Path (TCP25, TCP50, TCP100 starting sizes) and The Gauntlet Mini (GAU50, GAU100, GAU150, GAU200). It also sells a Beginner Crash Course ($249), which is an education-only video course with no evaluation or funded account. There is no instant-funding product.
source · earn2trade.com - How funding works
Both evaluations are simulated. After passing, a partner prop firm (named examples: Helios Trading Partners, Appius Trading Limited, Kronos Proprietary Trading) offers either a LiveSim account (simulated trading with live data where real profits can be withdrawn) or a Live account (a real funded brokerage account). The prop firm decides which, based on performance. Earn2Trade itself is an education company based in Sheridan, Wyoming, and does not trade on behalf of users.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Products you can trade
Only CME Group futures (CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX), including micro contracts. Stocks, options, forex, crypto and CFDs are not allowed. Bitcoin futures and Ether futures are prohibited. EUREX and ICE products are not offered.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Low-liquidity contracts warning
On Rithmic, open profit and loss is calculated from bid/ask prices, so thin markets can cause large swings in account balance. Traders are responsible for this, and Earn2Trade will not reverse a failure caused by such swings.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Trading hours and flat time
Trading can start when the exchange opens (usually 5:00 pm CT). All positions and working orders must be closed by 3:50 pm CT and stay closed until 5:00 pm CT. Livestock (GF, HE, LE) must be flat by 1:05 pm CT. Grains (XC, XK, ZC, ZL, ZM, ZS, ZW) must be flat 7:45-8:30 am CT and again 1:20-5:00 pm CT. No trading on exchange holidays.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Overnight positions
Not allowed in evaluations or funded accounts. Every position must be closed before the 3:50 pm CT cutoff.
source · help.earn2trade.com - News trading
Allowed. There are no restrictions on trading around economic announcements in evaluations or funded accounts.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Contract limits (new rule from Nov 1, 2026)
Evaluations, LiveSim and Live accounts bought on or after Nov 1, 2026 have a fixed maximum size by account size: $25K = 2 standard or 20 micro contracts; $50K = 4 or 40; $100K = 8 or 80; $150K = 12 or 120; $200K = 15 or 150; $400K = 20 or 200. Micros are MES, MNQ, MYM, M2K, MGC, MCL, M6B, M6E and MHG.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Progression ladder (legacy accounts only)
Accounts bought before Nov 1, 2026 keep the old 'progression ladder': the number of contracts allowed grows with the account's profit, and traders must adjust size in real time. Under the ladder, 10 micros count as 1 standard contract. Going over the limit is a hard fail that ends the attempt immediately.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Daily loss limit
Measured from 5:00 pm CT to 5:00 pm CT against the balance you started the day with. Open (unrealized) profit and loss, closed trades and commissions all count. Hitting the limit, even with a position still open, fails the evaluation (it is not just a pause for the day) and a reset is needed. Funded LiveSim and Live accounts also have a daily loss limit that must not be breached.
source · help.earn2trade.com - End-of-day drawdown (evaluations and LiveSim)
The minimum balance you must keep is set from the end-of-day balance. Every new end-of-day high raises the minimum by the same amount, until the minimum reaches the starting balance, where it stops. Intraday, open losses still count: if an open trade drops the balance below the current minimum, the account fails. The minimum updates once a day, during the 4-5 pm CT close.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Trailing drawdown (Live accounts)
Live accounts use an intraday trailing drawdown that includes open profit. The minimum balance rises dollar-for-dollar with each new account high during the day and never falls. It stops rising once it reaches the starting balance. Example given: a $50,000 account starts with a $48,000 minimum, which trails up to and then stays at $50,000.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Fixed drawdown (top TCP accounts)
Only the $200K and $400K Trader Career Path funded accounts use a fixed minimum balance that never moves: $194,000 on the $200K account (reached from TCP25) and $388,000 on the $400K account (reached from TCP50 or TCP100). The $200K Gauntlet Mini account does not use a fixed drawdown.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Consistency rule (evaluations only)
In the evaluation, no single trading day can be 30% or more of total profit. Breaking it does not fail the account; you just keep trading until that best day is under 30% of the total (for example, a $1,200 day requires more than $4,000 total profit). Because of this, at least four profitable days are needed to pass. It does not apply to LiveSim or Live accounts.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Minimum trading days
No minimum number of trading days to pass an evaluation (but the 30% consistency rule effectively requires at least four profitable days).
source · help.earn2trade.com - Hedging, collusion and account abuse
Prohibited: trading between connected accounts, using multiple accounts across different people, trades that hedge or pool risk among unrelated accounts, and hedging between your own funded accounts. Trading on behalf of others or sharing incentives through a business arrangement is also banned.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Copy trading
Trade copiers and batch execution across multiple accounts are not allowed on any program, including LiveSim and Live. If accounts were passed with a copier, only one account is granted and the others are not refunded; withdrawals or accounts can be denied.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Bots, AI and high-speed trading
Using software, artificial intelligence or ultra-fast data entry that could manipulate the trading environment or give an unfair advantage is prohibited, as are bots that automatically access or manipulate the service. The official pages do not say whether ordinary personal automated strategies are allowed.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Other prohibited conduct
Exploiting platform errors or delayed prices, spoofing or other disruptive trading, trading an unrealistic number of contracts in one day, trading that does not resemble real futures market practice, and bypassing geographic or technical restrictions. Penalties can include a warning, deleting that day's trades, an account reset, or permanent closure.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Number of accounts
Up to 5 evaluation accounts at once. Up to 3 funded accounts at once: either 3 LiveSim accounts, or 2 LiveSim plus 1 Live (only 1 Live account at a time).
source · help.earn2trade.com - Platforms
Free platforms: NinjaTrader, Finamark, R|Trader / R|Trader Pro, Tradovate, TradingView, BlackArrow One, DeepCharts and Quantower. Bring-your-own-license platforms include Sierra Chart, ATAS, Bookmap, Jigsaw, MotiveWave, MultiCharts, Volfix and others. Data connection is chosen at checkout (Rithmic, NinjaTrader, BlackArrow, or dxFeed x DeepCharts).
source · help.earn2trade.com - NinjaTrader connection change
Earn2Trade ended its NinjaTrader-with-Rithmic licenses; legacy NinjaTrader/Rithmic accounts were honored only until June 30, 2026. New subscribers who want NinjaTrader pick the NinjaTrader-Tradovate option. Using NinjaTrader with Rithmic now needs your own NinjaTrader license.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Market data fees
During evaluations, data is included for non-professional traders; professional traders pay $140 per exchange per month. On LiveSim, non-professionals pay a one-time $139 activation fee. On Live accounts, data costs $140 per exchange per month with Rithmic or $156 per exchange per month with NinjaTrader, charged per full calendar month (not prorated).
source · help.earn2trade.com - Commissions
Evaluations charge simulated commissions; micro contracts cost $0.82 to $1.20 per contract per side depending on the product (full per-platform tables are published only as images). On funded accounts, traders pay FCM commissions, NFA fees and exchange fees on every trade.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Subscription and billing
Both programs are monthly subscriptions that renew every 30 days until cancelled, with an email reminder 3 days before. Up to 3 charge attempts are made; if the third fails the account is cancelled. Payment by card (including Apple Pay / Google Pay), PayPal or crypto (BTC, ETH, XRP, USDC, USDT). Cancelling removes access to the evaluation, and progress cannot be resumed later.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Resets
A reset returns the evaluation to its starting balance and clears failed rules without changing the billing date. Trader Career Path subscribers get one free reset after every monthly rebill (lost on cancellation). Paid reset prices: $25K and $50K accounts float with promotions and are always below the price of a new subscription; TCP100 and GAU100 $100; GAU150 $130; GAU200 $155. A Gauntlet Mini renewal does not reset the account.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Refunds
No refunds on purchases, renewals or data fees. A $25 fee applies to chargebacks.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Eligibility and countries
Must be 18 or older. The account must be in your exact legal name (no LLCs, no name changes). Non-US traders can be funded by filing a W-8BEN with a foreign tax ID. Citizens of these countries cannot be funded: Afghanistan, Albania, Azerbaijan, Myanmar, Central African Republic, Cuba, Gibraltar, Iran, Iraq, Kenya, Libya, Mali, Nauru, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen. The terms also exclude people with a felony conviction, NFA/CFTC discipline, or an unpaid balance at a trading firm.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Inactivity
An account with no successful dashboard login or contact with Earn2Trade for more than 120 days is disabled; it can be reactivated on request.
source · earn2trade.com - Payout schedule and methods
Withdrawals are processed weekly on Wednesdays; requests must be emailed by 2:00 pm CT on the previous Friday. Minimum net withdrawal is $100. Fees: Rise $50 per withdrawal outside the US or 1.5% in the US; Deel $50; Bayzat $5-$40; direct crypto (select cases only) 0.735%. Rise cannot pay traders in Iowa, Minnesota, South Carolina, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands or Haiti; the prop firm offers alternatives.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Profit split
On TCP up to $200K and on all Gauntlet Mini sizes, the split depends on the size of each individual withdrawal: below a threshold the trader gets 50%, at or above it the trader gets 80% (thresholds per size are listed under each plan). The TCP $400K account has a fixed 60/40 split.
source · help.earn2trade.com - LiveSim to Live promotion
Each LiveSim account has a total withdrawal cap; once a trader has withdrawn that total, they are moved to a Live account automatically. The prop firm may also offer a Live account straight after the evaluation based on performance.
source · help.earn2trade.com - Platform or connection failures
Earn2Trade does not take responsibility for orders stored on your own computer (such as NinjaTrader ATM strategies). Rithmic and Finamark keep orders on their servers.
